At P.R.O.S we bill on a monthly basis from the 1st to the 30/31st. We prorate the billing based on your move in or move out date. All invoices will go out 7-10 days prior to your initial move in and 30 days prior to the first of the month there after. A credit card is required on every reservation for damage purposes and is our payment preference; we deduct monthly payment on the first of the month or 5-7 days prior to move in. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept corporate checks, pending a corporate credit check. These must be received at our office on or before the 1st of every month. At your request, we can do group billing or split up payment among different residents or other parties.
Our pricing varies based on seasonal demands in the respective areas of service. At our locations in the Southwest, there are three major seasons. May – August is at the lower end of the pricing bracket, September – December you will see a slight increase and January – April is considered our peak season.
Please note that P.R.O.S. is able to accommodate housing needs on a national level due to our extensive network of partners. P.R.O.S has agreements with private owners, management companies and shares a vast inventory of furnished homes with other corporate housing providers all over the United States.
The majority of our housing options are pet friendly. In some cases there are breed and weight restrictions. Requirements and additional fees may vary based on location. Please let your P.R.O.S. sales representative know you would like to bring your family pet and we will assist in finding you the most suitable accommodations.
We offer housekeeping at a discounted rate for all of our tenants, services are offered on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Prices vary based on frequency and unit size, please contact our offices for more information.
